Try this serious bicep blaster.

You should be able to perform at least 10-12 reps with the weights you have.

Start with 4-6 reps intiually if you can't do 8.

See if you can complete 5 minutes non stop. Resting 15 secs only between every set of 4-8

If businesses are NOT allowed to reopen, please inform me how men playing indoor
games is somehow "essential" while my staff
and trainers are forced to be unemployed.

My business is shut down because it's a gym and is deemed "non-essential"
.
Even though we had a limit of 10 people
inside a 6300sqft facility at a time, via booking system
.
Even though we invested in thousands to outfit the facility with 13 sanitizing and wipe down stations, touch-less faucets, barriers and distancing signs & decals
.
Even though we had frequent cleaning &
sanitizing of equipment by staff
.
🚷Now my staff is out of work.
🚷My trainers are not able to work.
🚷My facility maintenance staff is out of work.
🚷My waste management is out of work.
🚷My equipment repair team is out of work.
.
I'm still paying insurance
I'm still paying utilities
I'm still paying taxes
I'm still paying communications
I'm still paying rent
.
Yet the same government who shut me down
just allowed indoor gatherings of large groups
of men to dribble squishy balls 🏀 and pass pucks 🏒.

Please inform me how men playing indoor
games is somehow "essential" while my staff
and trainers are forced to be unemployed.

@mapleleafs & @canadiensmtl can play from Jan 14th - CAN I OPEN MY BUSINESS AGAIN THAT DAY AS WELL? 🤔
